Hi there!

We ran into an issue we seem unable to fix. A crucial incoming config is repeatedly getting terminated over an error, which states that the config could not find a requested entity in a storage:

 ![image](https://alumio-forum.s3.dualstack.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/uploads/original/2X/6/69ce0f77de44358273653fec7ca7755ac97f812e.png)

It is strange, since if a key could not be found in a storage, the destination key would just be filled with null (this is the default behavior), and of course we use it to check if the key is found in a storage or not. This works 90% of the time (since it is documented this way), but sometimes (in this incoming, almost always) an error is thrown - with pretty much random keys (so it isn’t always “100009918.json”, like on the image).

Could you look into it? It looks like a PHP error, and not like a transformer pre-defined error… Since this is a crucial incoming for us, and it needs to run correctly - something which it wasn’t able to do since a few days.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Gergő

Hi @gerg.borsodi,

Could you please create a [ticket](https://support.alumio.com/) and provide the detailed information there?
