Alumio version 3.86.0-RC1

With Alumio version 3.86.0-RC1, we’re thrilled to announce that we’re finally unveiling our new Route overview that we’ve designed from scratch. To add to this, we’ve also made some crucial improvements to our alerts, a new AI feature in our Transformer Tester, key UX improvements, and several essential bug fixes. We hope these updates boost the stability of your integrations, simplifies troubleshooting workflows, and results in a smoother, more intuitive user experience.

Here’s what’s new and improved with Alumio version 3.86.0-RC1:

  • [NEW] We’ve designed an all-new, centralized ‘Route overview page’ as the default route detail view. The new visual overhaul provides users with comprehensive insights on task status, errors, memory usage, and run schedules in a single location per route. This new page can be found when opening a specific Route and going to the “Overview” tab (selected by default).

  • [NEW] We now support alerts for Webhooks and HTTP Proxies to inform users when the HTTP Proxy/Webhook Task fails.

  • [NEW] We’ve implemented the ability to send alerts when a process gets killed, has a fatal error or times out to allow users to take prompt action.

  • [NEW] We’ve improved the UI view of the Import/Export page as part of our process to improve our user experience and interface.

  • [NEW] We’ve added the ability to generate AI input in the Transformer Tester to support testing workflows when the input data is unavailable.

  • [NEW] We’ve limited the “Full request” logger up to 500KB to define the maximum string length allowed in logs.

  • [NEW] We’ve improved the UI design of the Route overview page to resolve display issues and enhance overall usability.

  • [NEW] Resolved an issue where table pagination failed to navigate to the correct page after switching to and returning from the Task page.

  • [NEW] Updated the Content Security Policy (CSP) to allow font loading from data: sources, ensuring icons in the JSON editor (e.g., collapse/expand) display correctly.

  • [NEW] Fixed a bug where queries were not logged when using the ‘Use SQL procedure query strategy’ option in the Database Transformer.

  • [NEW] Solved an issue where expected results in the Transformer Tester were not saved and reloaded correctly, causing them to appear empty after page reload.

  • [NEW] Fixed a bug where Alumio forwarded an incorrect transfer encoding header in the HTTP proxy. Additionally, Alumio now filters the accept-encoding header, forwarding only supported values (gzip and deflate).
