Use case
Exporting entities from the Storage provides the possibility of downloading as many entities as possible with predefined settings.
Use case 1: Exporting entities to filter items and download them for reporting.
Use case 2: Exporting entities for saving data and decreasing the memory limit of the Storage.
Guide
Here’s an easy guide for you.
Step 1: Select Storage and go to the Entities tab.
Step 2: Select the entities you want to export. Once at least one entity is selected, the “Export X entities” button will be displayed.
Step 3: Click on the “Export X entities” button.
Step 4: The “Export entities” popup expands. Select Key, Condition and Value. It’s possible to add an unlimited quantity of filters.
Step 5: Click on the “Apply” button.
Step 6: Once clicked, a JSON file with an applied filter will be downloaded.
