Introduction
System Administrators have the ability to create, edit, and delete spaces, assign Data Engines to spaces, and add users to spaces. They also have full access to all spaces within the Alumio environment.
To access the System Administrator page, click the Cog icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen. Then, select System Administrators from the dropdown menu.
Adding System Administrators
From the System Administrator page, click the Create button. Enter the email address and role of the new System Administrator, then click Save. The new System Administrator will automatically receive a welcome email.
Deleting a System Administrator
From the System Administrator page, click on the email address of the System Administrator to open their detail page. Next, click the Delete button, and confirm the action in the modal by clicking Confirm.
Note: If a System Administrator has been added as a regular user in a space, they will retain access to those spaces.
