Introduction

Alumio provides an audit log to track the progress of tasks and show relevant information. The log serves as a record of system activity and can be used to trace interactions with the platform. Its design is based on intercepting requests and responses, which are then written to the log for later review.

Audit trail displays the following information:

  • Successful/failed logins;
  • Create, Delete, and Update options done by users;
  • Updating user roles;
  • Waiting/Skipped/Retrying statuses for tasks;
  • Actions regarding skipping/killing tasks in Queues;
  • Environment variables actions;
  • Create, Delete, and Update options for configurations;
  • Create, Delete, and Update options for Spaces;
  • Updated and deleted information about storage entities.

To navigate to the Audit trail functionality, follow More → Access control → Audit trail.

  • Creation date – when the action took place.
  • User – who initiated the action.
  • IP address – the origin of the action.
  • Category – the type of action.
  • Action – details on what was done, such as Created, Deleted, Edited, Failed, Killed, Retried, etc. Actions vary depending on whether they apply to configurations, tasks, login methods, and more.
  • Description – additional information about the action (e.g., login, configuration run), with links to the relevant configuration.
  • Space – the Space in which the action occurred.

Step 2: You can export one or multiple records by selecting them via the checkbox next to each entry. Once selected, the “Export X entries” button appears, allowing you to export as many records as needed.

Step 3: You can also filter audit logs by all columns displayed on the Audit trail overview page and an identifier as well.
