Introduction

When you arrive in the Alumio environment for the first time, you usually would like to ensure the main settings of the environment before you start working with the main functionality.

Therefore, the Environment details page is commonly used when there is a need to check details of the environment, verify which additional packages, Alumio and Dashboard versions are configured, navigate to the endpoints and view API documentation, discover the current license type and have a quick look at SLA and statistics of the consumed amount of tasks.

To find the page, navigate Admin → Environment details to continue reading.

Environment tab

The Environment tab represents information regarding environment details, access and endpoints and lists additional packages. When you navigate to the Information page, the Environment tab is displayed by default. In this tab you can view the following details:

  • Environment details - describes the Alumio and Dashboard version and the latest environment update.
  • Access & Endpoints - provides information about server IP address and lists links to OpenApi schema, OAuth redirect URL, OAuth1 callback URL, Base webhook URL, Base HTTP proxy URL and API documentation.
  • Additional packages - lists the latest packages installed in the environment with a corresponding version.

License tab

The License tab describes all generic and specific details about the selected tier where you can observe such information as license type and its duration, verify which environment type is applied to your environment, view limitations for tasks, store entity data, logs and quantity of data engines to process as many jobs as allowed per license.

  • License details - indicates the license type and start date.
  • Retention & Limits - displays limitations for tasks, entity data, logs, allowed yearly tasks and data engines.

Caution: If you have only one data engine per your license, parallel processing of tasks is disabled until you have at least two data engines to enable the function.

  • Environments - points to the environment type (for example, UAT, Production) and links to the environment.

SLA

The Service Level Agreement tab overviews links to the SLA, Support portal and email.

Statistics

The Statistics tab informs you about two combined things: Tasks and Alerts.

  • Task statistics informs you about the number of consumed tasks created during the corresponding time. Here you can see Finished, Failed and Processed tasks. In addition, you can filter task statistics by the given parameters: by current month (displayed by default), last month, last 12 months and set a custom date if none of the described is applicable. Please, pay attention once you reach the limit of consumed tasks according to the selected subscription tier, you won’t be able to create new tasks.
  • Alert statistics is a part of the alert functionality in Alumio called to notify users about the status and results of the task performance. As usual, you have a number of limited credits per your subscription tier. When Alumio informs you about the next billing period, the alert limitation will automatically update. Once you have reached the limit, you are still able to create alerts for task performance, however, no email notifications will be sent.

Note: Maximum minutes limitation for the “Mail when inactivity has been detected for minutes” alert is set to 2880 minutes instead of 1440.
